Robert Little
ROBERT LITTLE (Tenor)
Robert Little studied at Trinity College of Music with the tenor Martyn Hill. Whilst at music college, he performed a number of solo roles, one of which was as tenor soloist for a weekend of Henry Purcell music at the Dartington International Summer School. Robert was also a member and soloist for two years with the prize-winning Trinity College of Music Chamber Choir, directed by Stephen Jackson.
He is a member of and soloist with the English Concert Singers and has travelled with the choir extensively, most recently to South America, Paris, Poland, Croatia, Istanbul and Salzburg. Some recent performances by Robert have included solo roles in Handel’s Messiah, Faure’s Requiem, The Saviour by William Lloyd Webber, Bach’s St Matthew Passion, the spy Hawthorn in Our Man in Havana by Malcolm Williamson, Mozart’s Requiem and Tippett’s A Child of our Time.
